5. Subscription Service

Our website offers a subscription-based service providing access to various premium features and benefits. By subscribing, you agree to the terms outlined in this document.

6. Membership and Subscription

6.1. Subscription Plans: We offer various subscription plans with different levels of access to premium services. Details of these plans can be found on our subscription page.

6.2. Billing: Subscriptions are billed on a monthly recurring basis from the day you start your subscription. By providing your payment details, you authorise us to automatically charge your selected payment method for the applicable subscription fees each month, until you decide to cancel.

6.3. Unsuccessful Recurring Payment: In the event of an unsuccessful recurring payment, an administrative fee of up to £20.00 may be applied in order to keep your subscription active until the full subscription fee can be processed successfully.

7. One-Time Payment Service

Our website also offers one-time payment services for users who prefer not to subscribe.

These services include specific tasks and features detailed at the time of purchase:

7.1. Refund Policy for One-Time Payments: If the application is completed and a reference number is provided, no refund will be issued. If we are unable to complete the application, a full refund will be issued, and in some cases, a D1 form will be sent out.

7.2. Terms and Conditions for One-Time Payments: By making a one-time payment, you agree to the terms and conditions outlined here and acknowledge that the payment is non-refundable once the service is rendered.

8. Fair Use Policy

8.1. Fair Use: Our services are intended for personal and non-commercial use. Excessive usage beyond what is deemed reasonable and fair may result in additional charges or suspension of your membership.

8.2. Premium Services: Access to certain premium services is subject to fair use. If you utilise a premium service and it has been completed, no refund will be issued for that service.

9. Refunds and Cancellations

9.1. Refund Policy: Refunds are not issued for completed premium services, as the service is considered rendered once delivered. However, if a service cannot be completed as promised, a full refund will be issued. For one-time payment services, refunds are issued if the application process cannot be completed, and, if applicable, a D1 form may be sent instead. Please note that by using a premium service, you acknowledge and agree that the service has been rendered, and no refund is applicable once the service is complete. Refund requests for any non-completed services may be made by contacting customer support within 14 days of purchase, in line with the Consumer Rights Act 2015. 9.2. Cancellation Policy: You may cancel your membership at any time. Cancellation will stop future billing, but you will retain access to your subscription benefits until the end of the current billing cycle. Please note that no prorated refunds will be issued for the remaining period of your subscription after cancellation. If a recurring payment fails and an administrative fee is incurred, this fee will remain due. 9.3. Right to Cancel for Digital Services: For digital services, please note that once the service begins, you waive your right to a 14-day cancellation period as stipulated by the Consumer Contracts (Information, Cancellation, and Additional Charges) Regulations 2013. This does not affect your statutory rights to a refund if the service was not delivered as promised.
